
You may return your purchase due to damages or incorrect items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling costs. In some cases where we offer free shipping, when an item is returned, you may be charged for shipping, which will be deducted from your refund or credit. In addition some of our items carry a restocking fee of 20% which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Some items cannot be returned such as mattresses, etc. When making a return request, you will be notified if your item cannot be returned.
When returning an item complete the Return Request Form below. Note which products on your order you are returning and the reason for the return. If your return is authorized, you will then be given a Return Autorization Number (RAN). Repackage the item you are returning in its original packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address you are provided when you receive your RAN. Save your return tracking number you receive from your carrier, and if possible, email it to us at service@resorthomefurnishings.com so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.
Please Note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling or gift wrap charges. We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase. |
